She styled the lustrous gown with nude Nicholas Kirkwood heels, a spotty tulle and French lace veil which Cherry made for her as a wedding present, and a vintage diamante piece designed for her shop too. Victoria Beckham

For her lavish Luttrellstown Castle wedding, Victoria Beckham wore a champagne Vera Wang ballgown that was estimated to cost $100,000. It included an architectural bodice that was created by London-based couture corsetière Mister Pearl, a voluminous pleated skirt and a 20-foot train.

It was nicknamed the ‘transatlantic dress’ for the amount of air miles it wracked up during its construction. Fun fact: it was flown back and forward on the Concorde four times! Yet despite being immensely well travelled, there was plenty of dress drama when the couple went to take their flight to Ireland for their wedding. Her accessories included Vera Wang shoes and a diamond-and-gold tiara on loan from jeweller Slim Barrett.

Hayley was every bit the modern-day princess, her wedding weekend wardrobe was ethereal fairytale goals and she designed all her five dresses herself! For her ceremony she wore a lightweight illusion-sleeves blush wedding dress with a cathedral-length veil and a custom tiara by Lindsie Jones of Haute Bride.

For the North Lake Tahoe celebration (complete with a blue unicorn!) she donned a whimsical cropped top ballgown adorned with hand-painted silk flowers. To shimmy the night away on the dancefloor she changed into a sparkling beaded illusion dress inspired by holograms and comets.

Buggy Valhouli

Not only did she design her mum’s dress and the table linens, fashion designer also created four incredible bridal looks for her Greek wedding. She told Vogue how she relished the opportunity to “indulge in pure fantasy without restrictions” with her wedding wardrobe including a silk chiffon open-back halterneck dress sporting chikankari embroidery of flowers and olive branches.

Her glittering wedding dress which was crafted from Italian silk mikado and included beading inspired by Minoan pottery and Cycladic stonework took 3,500 hours to make.
