Well, watching a bride and groom race each other in the middle of a pitch in their wedding finery isn’t something we normally see in the Wedding Cinema. So, we were smiling from ear to ear watching this incredibly fun video from White Phoenix Wedding Films! Jen and Mark’s wedding day was a love letter to their life together, Dublin city and their passion for rugby. Mark is a scrum-half for the Ireland national rugby sevens team so of course their big day had a sporty twist. Jen was the epitome of elegance in her fit and flare ballgown which she accessorised with a sparkling crown, Aquazzura heels and a satin-edge cathedral veil. Her bridesmaids were immensely elegant in blush pink satin dresses, the groomsmen sported classic black tuxedos and suave groom Mark looked as slick as could be in his Louis Copeland & Sons tux with a cream blazer.
Jen is a real animal lover and sweetly her dog accompanied her to the church doors, where inside a beautiful botanical scene awaited as the aisle was lined with white cherry blossom trees. The couple took in the sights visiting sentimental spots around the city for their wedding photos, they even made a very important pit-stop at the Lansdowne Football Club which is where they first met. They travelled in style to Ballymagarvey Village in Co. Meath in a black Rolls-Royce where their reception in the rustically romantic banquet hall was enlivened with sparkling foliage. Given the epic entrance from the wedding party, it’s clear it was a night that the couple and their loved ones will cherish forever. Just wait until you see the bride’s dazzling dress change too…
